Work begins on the La Hoya Partial Plan in Torrevieja

At last we have started the urbanisation works in the Plan Parcial Sector 20 La Hoya, which extends over 1.8 million square metres, to the northeast of Torrevieja, next to the Natural Park of the La Mata lagoon and bounded by the CV-905 and by the urbanisations Jardín del Mar and El Chaparral.

Nearly 7,500 homes are to be built there, with infrastructures of all kinds, including a 100,000 square metre commercial area, a secondary school and a nursery school and pedestrian crossings over the N-332, as well as 400,000 square metres of green areas between the pine forest to the south of the La Mata lagoon in the natural park and the urban plots, and a forest restoration project next to the natural park.

All these infrastructures are expected to serve some 18,000 people, in what is considered one of the most ambitious urban developments in the Valencian Community.

The Urmosa Group will build and market most of the homes in the sector, which will be built overlooking the pink lagoon of Torrevieja and close to large shopping areas, the town centre and the connection with the N-332 to the airport.

We will have all types of properties available, from detached villas to bungalow type townhouses, and flat blocks with their communal areas, swimming pools, gymnasium, spa, and other services that our company usually offers to its clients.
