A day in Green Hills with TBYB
If you still don't know TBYB ( Try Before You Buy ), it is an exclusive service that we offer to all those clients who wish to get to know their new future home in a different way,
in a more direct and personal way, discovering all the corners and sensations that the house of their dreams can offer them before buying it.
This service is available in many of our property developments, including Green Hills Residential Resort.
Without wanting to get you started, we are going to spend 72 hours in one of the flats available at Green Hills,
a modern residential complex, consisting of 7 blocks (the 7th under construction) of 2 or 3 bedroom flats with large terraces and even a solarium (upper floors).
Our stay will be in one of the 3 bedroom flats, a property that in this case has about 72m2 and a terrace of 23m2.
At the entrance we are greeted by a 7-point armoured door with security lock.
The kitchen, which comes furnished and with electrical appliances, and the living room are united in a single space, giving great amplitude and luminosity to the whole house.
At the end of the living room there are large windows that lead out onto the terrace, an impressive space that can be used as a second living room,
study or simply a private space where you can enjoy the good weather outside all year round.
The master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom, designed with glass walls that allow light to flow freely throughout the room.
Both the en-suite bathroom and the second bathroom of the flat have a walk-in shower for comfort, luxury furnishings, underfloor heating and a window to ensure ventilation.
The master bedroom and the second bedroom have fitted wardrobes for easy furnishing.
Do you like extras? Well, these flats offer an aerothermal system for air-conditioning and a garage space so you don't have to worry about parking any more.
The best....the communal areas of the complex. Spa with jets and waterfall, gymnasium, sauna, a tropical style pool, an Olympic style pool and a heated pool.
Children's play area, picnic area, reading area and beautiful Mediterranean gardens with fountains surrounding the buildings... You're spoilt for choice!
