Buying a house: aesthetics or sustainability

However, design is still the key to generating ‘love at first sight’. Timeless, natural and warm design combined with technology and sustainable solutions is ideal.

The answer to which type of home is best to buy depends to some extent on your priorities and how you intend to use the house, but there are a few points to think about

            - Aesthetics connect you emotionally with the place.

            - If you feel inspired, at peace and at ease in a beautiful space, it influences your daily well-being.

            - If you want to rent or resell in the future, aesthetics can also influence the value of , especially if the design is timeless and appealing to the majority.

2. Sustainability:

            - A sustainable house means long-term savings: less energy consumption, less expenditure on air conditioning and water.

            - It also means greater comfort (better insulation, stable temperature) and ecological awareness.

            - In the future, regulations will become stricter and stricter, and an unsustainable house may lose value or require costly renovations.
